Knowing Us

We are unique among agencies as we have both a Medicare division for short-term nursing and therapy and a private division, which means more employment opportunities for staff and enhanced services for our clients.  Many patients are long-term with chronic illness and disabilities. We do high risk care including ventilators and central lines.  We have a large para-professional staff for non-medical care.

When it comes to delivering uncompromising patient care, you’ll find Medical Home Care Professionals to be your best choice.

With one of the largest pools of nurses and support staff members, we offer the flexibility and reliability clients expect for the care of their loved ones.  Serving the north state since 1985, our values are strong and we are proud to be committed to service dignity and excellence.

Patient services are provided without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), communicable disease, or place of national origin.
