5 Questions to Get Started

Sometimes, things in life happen and you need a little extra help. We understand that and are here to provide only the very best in medical home care! So where do you begin when considering hiring one of our licensed and insured professionals? Here are 5 important questions to get you started!

Is the aide coming to my home licensed, screened, and has all proper training?

This is a very important question when looking for home help. You want to be absolutely positive your home care provider and the group that employs them are screened, with background checks. On top of that, all proper state licensing requirements and educational requirements must be met. We ensure that our staff’s qualifications are maintained year-round. Additionally, monthly training occurs to continue education. Our team is at the top of their respective field.

When can I get help?

Great question! We will first connect you with one of our helpful staff members to find out your needs and gather some information. Once we have all the correct information, we can begin the process of assigning to you one of our trusted and educated home health care workers to begin taking care of you. The minimum requirement for one of our staff is a 2-hour visit and can go up to 24/7.

What if our relationship with our caregiver isn’t working out?

While extremely uncommon, we get that each patient is different and may require something specific and/or different. Ultimately, your care is our concern, so we have no problem discussing this further to get you taken care of. Just reach out to us and we’ll find the best solution for you.

Who do I talk to about my aide?

We understand that you may have questions as time goes on about your aide. While they’d be happy to help you by answering any questions, if you feel more comfortable with talking with someone else on our team, give us a call at 530-226-5577. We’d love to hear from you. What about payment?

As we get to know you better and begin setting up your account, we will need to gather your insurance provider’s information. We are certified for reimbursement by Medicare and Medicaid. After this part of the process, you will be billed semi-monthly provided your coverage benefits cover your needs. We do ask that you never pay the aide assigned to you, nor should they ever ask you for payment.
