Medical Home Care Professionals's November Employee of the Month is  Michael, LVN.   Mike works full time and has been with MHCP since 2007.  Mike adapts very well to changes with his clients and in his schedule.  His time cards are always turned in per agency and state guidelines, and  he is very consistent in his work ethic. We are proud to have Mike as an employee of MHCP as well as the much deserved Employee of the Month designation. Thank you, Mike, for  your great work!

 Karen, PCA is the October 2009, Employee of the Month. Karen is very much liked by her clients. She has been with MHCP since July 10, 2007. In that time she has rarely called off a shift and always picks up extra shifts, often rearranging her personal plans at the last minute to help out. Karen always has her time cards and paperwork in on time. She always presents a clean and neat appearance with a sunny smile on her face. MHCP is very glad to have Karen as a member of our team. Congratulations Karen, on being selected Employee of the Month, and thank you for your hard work and cheery attitude!

Julie, RN was selected and the Intermittent Division Employee of the Year  for several reasons.  She exemplifies the philosophy of standards on which this agency was based.  She is an excellent professional and compassionate nurse.  She is a great patient advocate for her clients and empowers them with knowledge and tools needed to manage their healthcare and remain safely in their homes. The Associate Director of Patient Care has received several letters from her clients thanking her for sending Julie to care for them.  Her clients say it best: “My nurse, Julie has been with me for the past 10 months of major ups and downs.  Had it not been for her dedication, I’m sure I would have not been around to write this letter.” “The caliber of your professional staff!  They are the benchmark I now use to evaluate all medical staff.  Your staff is incredible.” Congratulations, Julie!  This recognition is very well deserved.  Thank you for providing exceptional patient care and representing our agency so well.

This company is so flexible with time off and my work schedule. I have never had a management team that says "yes" so often to changes and suggestions from employees. We frequently have company potlucks and always celebrate employee anniversaries and red-letter days. The working culture here is friendly and helpful and positive. It is a great place to work!

Medical Home Care Professionals is a locally owned company and has been serving the area for more than 25 years. Therefore, all the resources generated stay within the local area. Employees within the office are encouraged to learn and train in all areas of the office. Customer service is our primary goal whether on the telephone or in person or any other means. The very nature of our business is to assure that our clients are well cared for and either regain their health or are able to maintain in their own homes for as long as possible. We are all well trained in meeting customer needs. We have a very limited turn over in office staff so that continuity in service and care are assured. I have been employed her for over 10 years and still enjoy coming to work every day!
