Mitzi, LVN has been chosen as the September 2008 Employee of the Month because her perspective and knowledge can go a long way when dealing with everyday issues. 

She has been with MHCP since 2004.  Her positive attitude is catching, she strives for the best for her clients and she actively is training and teaching the parents/families as needed.  The families welcome her return and request her to cover any of their respite hours. 

Mitzi  has detailed documentation and is committed to getting them in the office on time.  Mitzi promptly reports all changes to the office.  We are proud to have Mitzi as an employee of MHCP.  Congratulations Mitzi!!

Russell, Physical Therapist Assistant has been chosen as the Intermittent Divisions Employee of the Quarter. 

Russ provides awesome care. His patients absolutely love him, he professional yet caring.  Most patients claim that Russ has provided some of the best therapy they have ever received. 

Russ is Andy Newport’s right hand man.  He keeps Andy well informed and organized.  His documentation is neat, accurate and he always submits his paperwork within the agency timeframe.

Medical Home Care Professionals is proud to announce that Melanie is the 2008 winner of the prestigious Home Health Caregiver of the Year Award. This very special award is given by the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH), the statewide home health advocacy organization representing over 400 home health member agencies and 750 home care offices that are direct providers of home health services in our state.

Melanie was nominated by her peers and supervisors at Medical Home Care Professionals for her outstanding dedication and service to her home care patients. She was selected as Caregiver of the Year from a slate of statewide nominees. To accept this award, Melanie traveled to Palm Springs May 8th, where she was honored at a special awards luncheon during CAHSAH’s Annual Home Care Conference and Expo.

Melanie has worked for Medical Home Care Professionals for over 10 years providing quality care for her clients in our community. Melanie’s dedication to her clients, and the wonderful gift of her nursing talents, has allowed her clients to achieve goals and to participate in life more fully that they ever could have without her help and care.
