Kim is one of those employees who just quietly goes about her job. She is always on shift when scheduled and rarely calls off. She has never had a client complain about her or her work. Her paper-work and timecards are always on time and completed correctly. Kim is always friendly and smiling when she comes into the office. Kim is a real asset to MHCP and we are proud to acknowledge her and our appreciation of her. </p>

He was raised in Red Bluff and lives there currently. He is very involved in his community and volunteers as a therapist/trainer for the local high schools.Andy attended St. Mary’s College of California where he majored in Health and Human Performance. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Crieghton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a certified Athletic Trainer, and also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a current member of APTA, NATA, and NSCA.Andy possesses a high clinical standard and is truly loved by his patients. His patients report that he is gentle and compassionate, and though the treatments are sometimes painful, he is able to make his patients want to do them.Currently Andy has two PT assistants and they follow a team approach to patient care. Andy develops the plan of care and over-sees the care that is provided. He is a wonderful asset to our team and we are grateful to have him.“Dr. Andy is the best therapist I’ve ever had! <p>Mike, LVN, has been an employee with Medical Home Care Professionals since December, 2007. Mike was chosen as our 2009 Employee of the Month for November. Out of our 12 employees of the month for 2009, Mike was selected as our Employee of the Year for our private division.<br />
Mike is a conscientious worker who has missed limited days of work in the last year, ensuring his clients always have continuity of care and a dependable nurse to care for their medical needs. Mike's clients are very attached to him and light up when they see him. Mike's documentation for his client is done accurately and turned in per agency guidelines. Mike updates the office on his client's condition and changes, to ensure quality care is provided even when he is not available. Therefore, all the resources generated stay within the local area. Employees within the office are encouraged to learn and train in all areas of the office. Customer service is our primary goal whether on the telephone or in person or any other means. The very nature of our business is to assure that our clients are well cared for and either regain their health or are able to maintain in their own homes for as long as possible. We are all well trained in meeting customer needs. We have a very limited turn over in office staff so that continuity in service and care are assured.
