This company is so flexible with time off and my work schedule. I have never had a management team that says "yes" so often to changes and suggestions from employees. We frequently have company potlucks and always celebrate employee anniversaries and red-letter days. The working culture here is friendly and helpful and positive. It is a great place to work!

Employees within the office are encouraged to learn and train in all areas of the office. Customer service is our primary goal whether on the telephone or in person or any other means. The very nature of our business is to assure that our clients are well cared for and either regain their health or are able to maintain in their own homes for as long as possible. We are all well trained in meeting customer needs. We have a very limited turn over in office staff so that continuity in service and care are assured. I have been employed her for over 10 years and still enjoy coming to work every day!
